What's interesting

2,400W continuous AC is the spec that matters for home backup. Most 2,000Wh-class competitors (EcoFlow Delta 2 Max at 2,400W, Jackery 2000 Plus at 3,000W, Anker F2000 at 2,400W) sit in similar territory, but the Bluetti's 3,600W Power Lifting mode handles short-duration high-draw appliances like air fryers and microwaves that would otherwise trip the inverter. Battery Skills confirmed Power Lifting works on real-world 3,200W kitchen appliances.

Expandability is the long-term play. The AC200L accepts up to 2 expansion batteries to scale from 2,048Wh to 8,192Wh. For progressive home-backup buildouts, buying the AC200L first and adding batteries later is cheaper than committing to a 6,000Wh station up front.

LiFePO4 chemistry rated at 3,000+ cycles to 80% capacity is the right long-term choice. At one cycle per day, that translates to 8+ years of usable life before needing replacement. Competing lithium-ion NMC chemistries typically last 500-800 cycles.
